SSP2001 This Pyramid-Top model is designed as a retro-fit for existing public area cement base and steel top trash containers. The all
stainless steel Pyramid-Top has two 4 inch openings to accept cans and bottles for recycling. The unit is made from a minimum of 65% recycled materials.

This design features signage laser cut directly through the metal. Two sides of the pyramid have the international recycle logo with the word "RECYCLE" below the circle logo. The other two sides have 4 inch round openings, below each opening is signage with the words "CANS & BOTTLES", and an image of a can and bottle within a chasing arrow circle.
Attached to the underside of the anchor base is a stainless steel hopper chute which collects the recyclables; drain holes in the bottom allow liquids to drain into the trash container below. A simple push of the spring loaded bottom trap door releases the materials for collection of recyclables, and allows leftover non-recyclables to be easily emptied directly into the trash container below.

The design is scavenger friendly and therefore only has a 5-gallon capacity, which holds approximately 40 standard size beverage containers (recyclables are removed regularly by the public usually within a few hours). This model is made from high quality durable materials in order to survive harsh public abuse, and is completely fire-safe.
